First, the embedded installation method
(1) The protective film on the PC board will affect the adhesion to the seal. Therefore, a part of the protective film should be embedded before the PC is pre-buried, and 5-10mm should be removed.

If the pre-buried is too small, the PC board may fall off due to wind pressure or other pressure; if the expansion space is insufficient, the PC board may also expand due to expansion. (1) The screw pitch is appropriately arranged according to the thickness of the plate, and the pitch is too small or too large. If the pitch is too small, sometimes it will cause stress due to over-tightening, causing damage. If the spacing is too large, the PC board may be unstable. For this reason, the recommended spacing is: a. the plate thickness is less than 3.0 mm, the spacing is 10-20 cm; B. the plate thickness is 3.0 mm or more, the spacing is 20-30 cm; c, if fixed with slats, the spacing is 20~30 cm.
(2) The screw hole size should consider the difference between PC board summer and winter and day and night thermal expansion and contraction. Under normal circumstances, the screw hole diameter should be 2~4mm larger than the screw diameter to reserve the expansion space.
(3) The position of the screw hole is too close to the edge of the PC board, which is easy to cause the board to be broken. In general, the position of the screw hole is at least 2.5 times the diameter of the screw hole from the edge of the PC board. For example, the diameter of the screw is 4 mm, and the position of the screw hole is at least 1 cm from the edge of the PC board.
Do not lock the screws too tightly, otherwise the shade net of the greenhouse will be deformed to cause stress.
(5) Do not use a self-tapping screw to lock the PC board. Otherwise, stress will be generated and the stress will increase as the thickness of the board increases.
(6) In order to reduce the direct pressure of the screw on the plate, a filler gasket can be used, but the PVC gasket and some rubber gaskets will damage the PC board and cannot be used. It is recommended to use EPDM, silicone and neoprene as gaskets.
The installation of the sunshade net in the greenhouse must be operated in accordance with the safety regulations, ensuring that the installation is in place. It is not necessary to install the greenhouse shading net at will, and there is often no way to install it in place. There will be many problems in the later use.
